This fabulous detached individual villa has four en-suite bedrooms and is in a peaceful location, but still within walking distance of many of the Resort’s facilities with fabulous views across the Resort to the Mar Menor and to the Mediterranean Sea. It is very spacious and well furnished and equipped and has a private swimming pool which can be heated at additional cost. Free wireless internet access.

The villa is two stories. Enter the property into the hallway with access to the spacious, open plan, comfortable lounge and dining room with leather sofas, flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player and indoor dining area with table and chairs. Patio doors lead to the upper terrace with outdoor lounge and dining facilities, a barbecue and spectacular views across the Resort to the sea beyond.

Also on this level is the kitchen which is modern and well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and a table and chairs. There is also a cloakroom facility on this floor.

Downstairs to the four en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super-king size double bed which can be split into singles if preferred and an en-suite full bathroom with twin wash basins, walk-in shower, bath, wc and bidet. This bedroom has a juliette balcony with views of the pool. Bedroom two has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room with twin wash basins, walk-in shower and wc. Bedroom three has twin beds and an en-suite shower room with twin wash basins, walk-in shower and wc and bedroom four has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room with twin wash basins, walk-in shower and wc.

There is a doorway from this lower floor to access the poolside terrace, with private swimming pool, ample terracing with glass balustrade offering fabulous views. There are sun loungers to relax on and soak in the Spanish sunshine.
