This beautiful, spacious, 4 bedroom Los Naranjos detached villa, recently refurbished to a high standard, has a large private heat-able swimming pool is in a great location. Set in a very central, quiet cul de sac, it is just a short walk from the tennis centre, restaurants, shops, the resort hotel and most of the activities available at the famous La Manga Club Resort, making it perfect for families not wanting to rely on a car to enjoy the club’s facilities.

This property also allows you to book ‘residents’ sporting rates. Professionally managed in the resort, the keys to the property can be collected 24 hours a day. Free wifi internet access.

The accommodation is on three floors.

The fully refurbished kitchen is located off the lounge and dining room and is a very well equipped and stocked modern kitchen with granite work surfaces, fridge freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and oven and hob. A furnished breakfast terrace is located immediately outside.

The large, open plan lounge and dining room has new flooring throughout with leather sofas, ample side tables, satellite or cable TV. This room extends to include a mini-library with a good selection of books.

A good-sized dining area is located off the living area and this light airy space comfortably seats eight and overlooks the garden. A door leads out to the garden, terraces and pool area.

Bedroom accommodation is on three floors. There is a bedroom on the ground floor with twin beds which can be made as a double if preferred, large wardrobes, bed-side tables, remote control satellite television and patio doors to the garden. This bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom, with twin basins set in local marble, large walk-in shower, toilet and shaver point. The washing machine can be found in a utility cupboard in this bathroom.

Two further bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom one has a twin beds which can be made as a double if preferred, large refurbished wardrobes, large chest of drawers, bed-side tables, remote control television and patio doors lead to a private sun terrace. Bedroom two on this floor also has twin beds which can be made into a double if preferred, large refurbished wardrobes and bed side tables. These bedrooms share the large first floor bathroom offering bath, twin basins set in local marble, large walk-in shower, toilet and shaver point. Two hair driers are provided in the villa.

On the lower ground floor there is a second lounge and dining area with TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs and board games. This room has direct access to the garden. Also on this level is bedroom four, which has twin beds which can be made into a double if preferred an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower room, convenient for day use from the garden and pool.

Externally the property has a pretty, private garden, recently upgraded with a lawned area and a number of sun terraces which surround the property – on all sides. The large, private pool terrace to one side of the property is fully walled and gated, thus making it ideal for families with young children, seeking that extra pool safety. Sun loungers are provided around the pool, as is a covered area with outdoor lounge facilities. The other terraces around the house are all stocked with tables and chairs. A gas BBQ is also provided, and a retractable sun awning can be extended to provide shade on the garden terrace. Individual sun umbrellas are also provided.

There is also a first floor sun terrace and a rooftop solarium with panoramic views of the Resort. A number of sun loungers as well as tables and chairs are also found here.

The villa is fully air-conditioned/heated. The swimming pool can be heated at a supplement of £305.00 per week. Please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be weather dependent, particularly during the winter months.

Parking for two cars is provided on the gated drive, under a roofed carport.

This property also allows you to book sports at residential sporting rates. Professionally managed in the resort, the keys to the property can be collected 24 hours a day. Prices include linen, towels, including pool towels and a grocery welcome pack.
