Aphrodite Hills Superior Villas are detached villas from two to five bedrooms, which offer spacious, modern accommodation with private pool and generally with secluded gardens.

Superior Villa REF SV318 is on the Eastern plateau with a secluded private garden. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a 10m private swimming pool, lawned garden and comfortable outdoor dining and lounging areas making it ideal for families or groups of friends. It is beautifully furnished and well equipped. Free wifi internet access.

Enter the villa from the private driveway through double doors and you will find the comfortable and stylish open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen which has several sets of patio doors giving direct access to the poolside terrace. The lounge is well furnished with fabric corner sofa, high vaulted ceiling, TV, DVD player and CD player. The dining area is modern and has seating for 6 on leather chairs and the kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and an American-style fridge freezer. The villa also has a washing machine.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, it is spacious with a double bed and a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and twin basins. This bedroom has patio doors offering access to the poolside terrace.

A short flight of stairs lead up to the second bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room, whilst a short flight of stairs down from the ground floor take you to the semi-basement level third bedroom which has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The outside of the villa is delightful, with many patio doors leading out to the extensive poolside terracing with outdoor lounging and dining facilities, large private swimming pool with Roman steps, outdoor barbecue kitchen area, lawn and a garden stocked with native Cypriot flowers and shrubs offering a level of privacy whilst you relax in the garden or just chill in the pool.
