Aphrodite Hills Superior Villas are detached villas from two to five bedrooms, which offer spacious, modern accommodation with private pool and generally with secluded gardens.

Superior Villa REF SV401 is front-line golf course, by the 6th green, on the Eastern plateau with Mediterranean sea views from the upper terraces. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a large private swimming pool (which can be heated at additional cost), lawned garden and comfortable outdoor dining and lounging areas making it ideal for large groups of family or friends. It is beautifully furnished and well equipped. Free wifi internet access.

The villa is set over three floors, enter the property into the comfortable open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The lounge is stylishly furnished with with feature fireplace, fabric sofa, large TV and DVD player. The dining area is tastefully furnished and has seating for 8 persons and the beautiful kitchen is modern and well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.

Patio doors from the lounge lead to the poolside terrace with covered outdoor lounging and dining facilities, private 12m x 6m swimming pool with Roman steps and ladder, an outside shower and a food prep area with gas barbecue and sink. A well stocked garden with flowers, shrubs and lawns extend beyond the pool and terraces to the edge of the golf course.

Back inside, an inner hall leads to a guest cloakroom and to the second bedroom which has twin beds, which can be made into a double if preferred, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to the poolside terrace and gardens.

Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor where the landing has doors to an upper terrace with outdoor lounge furniture and fabulous views across the Resort to the sea. The master bedroom is also on the first floor and has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead to a private partly covered terrace overlooking the pool, gardens, golf course and with distant sea views.

From the ground floor stairs lead down to the third bedroom, which has twin beds and an en-suite shower room and the fourth bedroom, which also has twin beds and the use of a separate, adjacent shower room. This bedroom also has an exterior door with access to external stairs to the garden. There is a utility room with a washing machine on this level.
