Aphrodite Hills Junior Villas with private pools are individually furnished, well appointed villas from two to three bedrooms, which offer spacious, modern accommodation, with private terraces, pool and gardens, many of the villas have views.

This Hestiades Greens villa REF JVP208 is semi-detached and just a short walk from the Club House and restaurants. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private swimming pool (which can be heated at additional cost). Within easy walking distance of the Golf Club House, supermarket, restaurants, cafes and bars at the “village square”and the tennis centre and Retreat Spa. Free internet access.

Enter the villa into the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen which is well furnished with a sofa and armchair, a flat-screen TV, DVD player and patio doors to a private poolside terrace. The stylish dining area has a table and chairs to seat six and the kitchen area is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer. There is a utility cupboard where the washing machine is situated.

Also on the ground floor is bedroom two, with twin beds and patio doors to the poolside terrace. It has the use of an adjacent ground floor bathroom with walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and a dual aspect, with patio doors to a private upper terrace. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

Outside you can enjoy your holiday in the Cypriot sunshine relaxing by your private swimming pool (which can be heated at additional cost), surrounded by terracing with native shrubs and trees. There is a barbecue, outdoor dining facilities, sun loungers and covered shady areas and sunny areas.
