It is in a great location, within walking distance of many of the Resort’s facilities and front-line to the fourth fairway on the La Manga Club South golf course. Recently refurbished, it is very well furnished and equipped with a private swimming pool which can be optionally heated and also has a table tennis table and a pool table. There is free wifi internet access.

Enter the property into the hallway with access to the spacious lounge with flat-screen satellite or cable TV. Patio doors lead to the garden and poolside terrace with outdoor dining facilities in a shady pergola area and outdoor barbecue kitchen and bar. The pool has a spacious patio surround, water fountain spout and a water slide. There is an extensive astroturf lawn leading to the tennis court. There is a table-tennis table in the garden. There is also a poolside wc facility.

Back inside, off the lounge is a dining room with patio doors to the garden and a further room off the lounge which has a pool table and work desk.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, coffee machine and a breakfast bar and kitchen diner area. There is an archway to a utility room with washing machine. An external door leads from the kitchen to the pool terrace.

There is a cloakroom off the main entrance hall.

From the hall stairs lead up to the second bedroom and then the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe/dressing area, desk, armchair and patio doors leading to a private terrace. The en-suite shower room is stylish in black marble with a large walk-in shower. Bedroom two has a double bed, armchair and patio doors leading to a private terrace. The en-suite bathroom has a large tub bath, twin basins and a walk-in shower.

A door from the top of this staircase gives access to the spacious roof terrace with dining and lounge furniture, sun loungers, a giant jenga game and great views.

Back in the entrance hall, stairs lead down to bedrooms three, four and the bedroom five apartment. Down the first half flight of stairs bedroom three has twin beds which can be made up as a double if preferred, patio doors leading to a garden terrace and an en-suite bathroom with bath, twin basins and a walk-in shower, while on the same level, bedroom four has twin beds which can be made up as a double if preferred, patio doors leading to a garden terrace and an en-suite shower room with wash basin and a large walk-in shower.

At the bottom of the staircase is the bedroom five apartment which has an open plan kitchenette, dining room and lounge and patio doors to the front drive and car port, a convenient way to bring in luggage or shopping. A door leads to bedroom five with twin beds which can be made into a double if preferred. Off the apartment lounge is a bathroom with walk-in shower.

In the front garden is a putting green with two sand bunkers. The entire plot is enclosed by hedges and fences and has electric gates to the driveway.
