Aphrodite Hills Elite Villas are a collection of carefully selected luxury villas from two to five bedrooms, which offer spacious, modern accommodation with private pool, daily maid service, complimentary airport transfers, luxury food hamper, branded bathroom amenities, complimentary use of The Retreat Spa gym and Kids’ Club.

Elite Villa REF EV507 is a fabulous, modern, large villa, one of the newest in the Resort, at the Grand Poseidon development with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. It has a large private infinity swimming pool (which can be heated at additional cost) and is ideal for groups of family or friends to holiday together. It is well furnished in a modern style, well equipped and only a short walk from the centre of the Resort with its restaurants, bars, shops and other facilities. Free wifi internet access.

The villa is set over three stories. Enter the property into the spacious open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen which is furnished with comfortable corner sofa, occasional chairs and a 55″ TV. The contemporary indoor dining area has a large table and 10 chairs and is next to the modern and well equipped kitchen, which has a centre island, granite worktops, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, a large fridge freezer and a coffee machine.

Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace which has outdoor lounge furniture, dining table and chairs and barbecue facilities, with views towards the Mediterranean Sea. The private infinity pool is the ideal place to cool off in the warm Cypriot sunshine. Or just relax on a sun lounger.

Also on the ground floor is bedroom two, a beautiful room with twin beds which can be made up as a double if preferred, an en-suite shower room and patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace.

There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

A staircase leads up to the first floor where you can find the spacious master bedroom which has a king-size bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom with bath, twin basins and separate walk-in shower. This bedroom has patio doors to an upper terrace with panoramic views and a table and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee and take in the sea views.

A further two bedrooms are also on the first floor, bedroom three which has a double bed and an en-suite shower room.. This bedroom has patio doors to the upper terrace with great views. While bedroom four has twin beds which can be made up as a double if preferred and also has an en-suite shower room.

From the ground floor a staircase descends to the lower ground floor which has a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and a further fridge. Also on this level is bedroom five with a double bed and an en-suite shower room.
