Las Higueras are a community of detached villas within the famous La Manga Club Resort, each with its own private garden, private pool, terrace and rooftop solarium. They are in a quiet location approx 15 minutes walk to the tennis centre.

This detached two bedroom villa is spacious and well equipped. It has a large sunny terrace and private pool which can be heated at additional cost. There is free wifi internet access.

The entrance leads to a hallway off which is all the accommodation, first the kitchen which is well equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and coffee maker.

On the same level the master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower and twin wash basins. This bedroom has patio doors to the garden and pool area. The second bedroom has twin beds, patio doors which open to the front of the property and the use of the separate family bathroom with bath and shower.

From the hallway, descend a couple of steps to the comfortable open plan lounge and dining room which has satellite or cable TV. There are large patio doors onto a sunny terrace with a private swimming pool. Enjoy al fresco dining from the barbecue, or just relax on the sun loungers.

An external staircase leads to a private rooftop terrace.
