Los Olivos apartments are always a popular choice with our clients, centrally located in the famous La Manga Club Resort, opposite the tennis centre.

Situated in the front row overlooking the main pool, this recently refurbished 1st floor apartment has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and has views of La Manga Club and beyond to the Mar Menor. The apartment is all on one level and has a large private terrace with gas barbecue, it is well furnished and equipped. There is free wifi internet access.

The spacious open plan living, dining room and kitchen has satellite or cable TV and has patio doors leading to a large terrace with beautiful views. A gas barbecue and table and chairs are available for you to enjoy al fresco dining, or you can just relax on the outdoor lounge furniture.

The kitchen area with island is fully equipped with a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan and fridge freezer.

The master bedroom has a super king double bed which can be split into single beds if preferred, patio doors to the rear of the apartment and an en-suite shower room with large walk-in shower and a bath. Bedroom two has a super king double bed which can be split into single beds if preferred and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom three has twin beds which can be made up as a super king double if preferred and the use of the third bathroom with walk-in shower.

Rates include: accommodation, electricity used, cleaning and linen only. Minimum rate 5 nights, booking of less than 5 nights can be made but will be charged at 5 night rate.

For bookings of 6 nights or less a nightly rate applies: Low season £240.00 per night / Mid season £285.00 per night / High season (only 7 night stays available).

Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred in July, August and other popular periods, although other stays are considered, please enquire.

Maximum Occupancy: 8 persons – 6 adults OR up to 6 adults + 2 children/infants (12 and under)***

Extra occupancy supplement (child or infant): £120.00 + £90.00 per week put-you-up bed hire or + £48.00 per week cot hire (minimum 7 night charge).
