Los Naranjos 2 is a pueblo style community of semi-detached villas set around two outdoor community pools, one heated. It is in a great location no more than a few minutes walk from tennis centre, restaurants and shops at the famous La Manga Club Resort.

This three bedroom villa has a terrace with outdoor dining facilities. Completely refurbished in 2024, it is stylish, well furnished and well equipped. There is free wifi internet access available.

Ground floor:

Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room: sofas, coffee table, satellite or cable smart TV, dining table and chairs, with access to outside terrace with outside dining and barbecue facilities. Beautiful kitchen area: with oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and island with dining stools. There is a utility room off the kitchen where the washing machine is situated.

Master bedroom with en-suite shower room: Double bed which can be split into singles if preferred, chair and satellite or cable smart TV. En-suite shower room: Large walk-in shower, basin and wc.

Lower Ground floor:

Open plan games room, lounge and dining room: sofas, coffee table, satellite or cable smart TV, dining table and chairs and pool table.

First floor:

For bookings of 5 nights or less a nightly rate applies: Low season £255.00 per night / Mid season £310.00 per night / High season (only 7 night stays available).

Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred in July, August and other popular periods, although other stays are considered, please enquire.

Maximum Occupancy: 8 persons – 7 adults OR up to 6 adults + 2 children/infants***

Extra occupancy supplement (adult or children): £65.00 per week put-you-up bed hire (minimum 7 night charge).

Extra occupancy supplement (infant in a cot): £42.00 per week cot hire (minimum 7 night charge).
