Las Higueras are a community of detached villas within the famous La Manga Club Resort, each with its own private garden, private pool, terrace and rooftop solarium. They are in a quiet location approx 15 minutes walk to the tennis centre.

Also on the ground floor are the three bedrooms. Off the lounge, the master bedroom has a king-size bed which can be made into singles if preferred, patio doors onto the garden and an en-suite bathroom which has a large bath, separate walk-in shower, twin wash basins and wc. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double if preferred, patio doors onto the garden and an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has twin beds and the use of the separate shower room.

From the hallway enter the comfortable lounge and dining room which has satellite or cable TV and a DVD player. There are large patio door onto a terrace with a private swimming pool and distant views across the South golf course. Enjoy al fresco dining from the barbecue, or just relax on the sun loungers.

From the front of the villa there are external steps to the upper terrace.There is a private drive for off-road parking.
