FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How can I reserve or book a property? You can send a request to us to enquire about availability in a property for your chosen dates by pressing the blue ‘view or book this property’ button and then sending us a reservation request We will then check availabilty and get back to you. If a property has a green “book it now’ button, you can book it immediately by clicking through to the online form and paying a deposit, as we hold instant, up to date availability for that particular property. We are unable to reserve any ‘book it now’ properties for you.

How much deposit do you require? We require a 20% non refundable deposit to confirm your booking. Or it’s 25% when booking La Quinta Club properties.

When is my balance due and will you notify me? Your balance must be paid 12 weeks before departure and we will notify you in advance of your balance being due. Alternatively you can log in to your client area to pay the balance. If your arrival is within 12 weeks of your booking date we will require payment in full to confirm the booking.

Where will I collect the keys to the accommodation? Full key collection details and a map and directions for your accommodation will be sent to you once your balance has been paid in full and cleared. We only work with professional management companies in the resorts we feature and their offices are usually located within the resort.

Can I have an early check in/late check out? You can request an early check in/late check out 48 hours before your arrival/departure. We always try to assist our clients with this request and in off peak times it may be possible. However, we can never guarantee this as the property may need to be cleaned and prepared for the next guest. The only way to ensure a late check out is to book an extra night, although this may not be possible during high season dates when Saturday to Saturday booking is required.

Will the property have a hairdryer/iron/ironing board/adaptor plug? All of the properties we rent out are fully equipped and should contain an iron/ironing board and many have a hairdryer. If on your arrival at your accommodation an item you require is not included, please contact the management company in the resort and they may be able to provide it for you. The accommodation will be fitted with local plug sockets and so you will need to provide your own adaptors for any electrical equipment you bring with you.

Do you have an ATOL licence? ATOL stands for Air Travel Organiser’s Licence and only offers financial protection for flights. As we do not offer any flights, we are not required to have this licence.
