Aphrodite Hills Superior Villas are detached villas from two to five bedrooms, which offer spacious, modern accommodation with private pool and generally with secluded gardens.

Superior Villa REF SV304 is situated on the Western plateau within walking distance of the Village Square. It has spectacular views, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a large private swimming pool, terraced, landscaped garden, a garden barbecue area and comfortable outdoor dining and lounging areas making it ideal for families or groups of friends. It is beautifully furnished and well equipped. Free wifi internet access.

Enter the villa into the stylish lounge which is well furnished with sumptuous sofas, feature fireplace and a TV and DVD player. There are patio doors leading to the terrace overlooking the pool. The open plan kitchen and dining room has a large wooden dining table and six upholstered chairs and the modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, island with floating extractor fan and a fridge. There is a utility room off the kitchen with a washing machine and a freezer.

A few steps up from the entrance to a mezzanine level you will find two bedrooms. Bedroom one has a a king-size bed an en-suite bathroom and patio doors allowing access to the pool terrace, while bedroom two has a twin beds, an en-suite shower room and also has patio doors allowing access to the pool terrace.

Further up the staircase to the first floor level is bedroom three. It has a double bed, en-suite shower room and patio doors to a private upper terrace with fabulous views of the hills and the sea.

The exterior of this villa has a 10m infinity style swimming pool surrounded by terracing on several levels, landscaped gardens and spectacular views, outdoor barbecue area and plenty of places to relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture. Or maybe just sit on a sun lounger and take in the spectacular views in the Cypriot sunshine.
