Aphrodite Hills Apartments are individually furnished, well appointed apartments from one to three bedrooms, which offer spacious, modern accommodation with use of at least one communal pool. Many of the ground floor apartments have gardens and many of the apartments have views.

Theseus Village REF TVA209 is a ground floor apartment, approx 50 metres from the swimming pools, with a private garden area. This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, has the use of a large communal swimming pool and is within walking distance of the Tennis Centre, Retreat Spa, Golf Club House, supermarket, restaurants, cafes and bars at the “village square”. Free internet access.

The apartment is on the ground floor, enter the property into the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen which is well furnished with a modern sofa and occasional armchair, TV, DVD player and a dining table and chairs to seat four. The kitchen area is well equipped with washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom containing bath with shower, basin and wc. Patio doors from the bedroom lead to an outside terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds, also has patio doors to the outside terrace and it has the use of a separate shower room with shower, basin and wc.

Outside, there is a spacious terrace and garden area with a covered shady area, a built-in barbecue, outside dining furniture and sun loungers. The communal pools are approx 50 metres away.
