Aphrodite Hills Apartments are individually furnished, well appointed apartments from one to three bedrooms, which offer spacious, modern accommodation with use of at least one communal pool. Many of the ground floor apartments have gardens and many of the apartments have views.

Theseus Village REF TVA301 is a ground floor apartment with a private garden area, situated by the swimming pool. This three bedroom, two bathroom apartment, has the use of two large communal swimming pools and is within walking distance of the Tennis Centre, Retreat Spa, Golf Club House, supermarket, restaurants, cafes and bars at the “village square”. Free internet access.

The apartment is on the ground floor, the open plan lounge and dining room is well furnished with a comfortable sofas, TV, DVD player and a dining table and chairs to seat six. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.

The dual aspect master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom containing bath with shower, basin and wc. Patio doors from the bedroom lead to an outside terrace with Mediterranean Sea views. The second bedroom has twin beds and patio doors to the outside terrace and garden while the third bedroom also has twin beds. Both of these bedrooms share the use of a separate full bathroom.

Outside, there is a terrace and garden area with a covered shady area, barbecue, outside dining furniture and sun loungers.
