Elite Junior Villa REF EJV304 at the Grand Poseidon development, has fabulous views, including Mediterranean Sea views and is in a great location on the Western Plateau, just a few minutes from the Village Square, restaurants and golf club house. The three bedroom Elite Junior semi-detached villa, has a private swimming pool (which can be heated at additional cost), outdoor dining, barbecue and spacious terraces. The villa is set over two stories, enter the property into the spacious open plan living and dining room with patio doors opening out onto the poolside terrace. The lounge area is furnished in a contemporary style with a corner sofa, armchair and a flat-screen TV. There is a second seating area in this room with a separate sofa and armchairs. The dining area has a modern wooden table and upholstered dining chairs and is adjacent to the well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer. Patio doors lead to the garden terrace and private swimming pool.
There is a cloakroom on the ground floor.
On the first floor, the spacious master bedroom has a kingsize double bed, tv and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and wc. Patio doors from the bedroom lead to the private upper terrace with great views. Also on the first floor, bedroom two has twin beds and patio doors to a small private upper terrace and bedroom three also has twin beds. These bedrooms have the use of an adjacent bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower, two basins and wc.
Outside the villa a covered terrace offers shade and has outdoor dining facilities. There is a barbecue area and a poolside terrace for the sun loungers by the private swimming pool, which can be heated at additional cost, making this a perfect place to relax and enjoy the warm Mediterranean sunshine.
