Aphrodite Hills Elite Villas are a collection of carefully selected luxury villas from two to five bedrooms, which offer spacious, modern accommodation with private pool, daily maid service, complimentary airport transfers, luxury food hamper, branded bathroom amenities, complimentary use of The Retreat Spa gym and Kids’ Club.

Elite Villa REF EV302 overlooks a ravine to the South and has spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, this three bedroom Elite villa, has a private 10 metre swimming pool (which can be heated at additional cost), garden, outdoor dining and barbecue and ample terraces. It is well furnished and equipped. Free wifi internet access.

Apart from the utility room, the villa is all on one level. Enter the property into the stylish lounge with two leather sofas, flat-screen TV, DVD player and hifi. An archway leads to the kitchen, dining room which is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and large American style fridge freezer. Table and chairs seating six and patio doors to the outdoor dining terrace.

The master bedroom is dual aspect with patio doors to the garden terrace, king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, twin basins and wc. The second bedroom has a double bed and patio doors to the garden terrace, while the third bedroom has twin beds. These two bedrooms share the use of a bathroom which has a bath with shower-over, twin basins and wc.

There is also a cloakroom facility on the ground floor and downstairs you will find the utility room with washing machine.

Outside the villa is the ideal place to relax and enjoy your time in the Cypriot sunshine. Ample terraces lead to the 10 x 5 metre infinity swimming pool with breathtaking views of the countryside and the Mediterranean Sea. Sun loungers, outdoor dining facilities, barbecue and shady spots complete the perfect holiday scene.
