Aphrodite Hills Elite Villas are a collection of carefully selected luxury villas from two to five bedrooms, which offer spacious, modern accommodation with private pool, daily maid service, complimentary airport transfers, luxury food hamper, branded bathroom amenities, complimentary use of The Retreat Spa gym and Kids’ Club.

Elite Villa REF EV402 is a fabulous, modern, large villa, one of the newest in the Resort, with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. It has a private 10m infinity swimming pool and is ideal for groups of family or friends to holiday together. It is well furnished in a modern style, well equipped and only a short walk from the centre of the Resort with its restaurants, bars, shops and other facilities. Free wifi internet access.

The villa is set over three stories, on entering the property, the hallway leads to the lounge which is furnished with a large corner sofa, occasional chairs and a TV. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace which has outdoor lounge furniture, dining table and chairs and a kitchen barbecue area, all with exceptional views towards the Mediterranean Sea. The private 10m x 5m infinity pool is the ideal place to cool off from the warm Cypriot sunshine. There is a lower-level lawned garden area beyond the pool.

Back inside, the contemporary dining room is next to the modern and well equipped kitchen, which has a centre island, granite worktops, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, a large fridge freezer and a coffee machine.

Also on the ground floor is bedroom two, a beautiful dual-aspect room with a king-size double bed, which can be split into twin beds if preferred, with an en-suite shower room and patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace.

There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

A staircase leads up to the first floor where you can find the spacious dual-aspect master bedroom which has a king-size bed and patio doors to an upper terrace with panoramic views and an en-suite bathroom with bath, twin basins and separate walk-in shower.

A further two bedrooms are also on the first floor, bedroom three which has a double bed, a wall-mounted TV and an en-suite shower room.. This bedroom has patio doors to the upper terrace with those fabulous views. While bedroom four has twin beds, which can be made up as a double if preferred and also has an en-suite shower room.

From the ground floor a staircase descends to the lower ground floor which has a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and a further fridge. Also on this floor is a chill-out room with sofa and some fun chairs and a further shower room which completes the spacious accommodation in this premium villa.
