Aphrodite Hills Elite Villas are a collection of carefully selected luxury villas from two to five bedrooms, which offer spacious, modern accommodation with private pool, daily maid service, complimentary airport transfers, luxury food hamper, branded bathroom amenities, complimentary use of The Retreat Spa gym and Kids’ Club.
Elite Villa REF EV505 is a fabulous, modern, large villa, one of the newest in the Resort, with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. It has a private 10m infinity swimming pool (which can be heated at additional cost) and is ideal for groups of family or friends to holiday together. It is well furnished in a modern style, well equipped and only a short walk from the centre of the Resort with its restaurants, bars, shops and other facilities. Free wifi internet access.
The villa is set over three stories, on entering the property, the hallway leads to the lounge which is furnished with two sofas, occasional chairs and a TV. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace which has outdoor lounge furniture, dining table and chairs and barbecue facilities, with views towards the Mediterranean Sea. The private 10m x 5m infinity pool is the ideal place to cool off in the warm Cypriot sunshine. There is a lower-level small lawned garden area beyond the pool.
Back inside, the contemporary dining room is next to the modern and well equipped kitchen, which has a centre island, granite worktops, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, a large fridge freezer and a coffee machine.
Also on the ground floor is bedroom two, a beautiful dual-aspect room with twin beds, an en-suite shower room and patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace.
There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.
A staircase leads up to the first floor where you can find the spacious dual-aspect master bedroom which has a king-size bed and patio doors to an upper terrace with panoramic views and an en-suite bathroom with bath, twin basins and separate walk-in shower.
A further two bedrooms are also on the first floor, bedroom three which has a double bed and an en-suite shower room.. This bedroom has patio doors to the upper terrace with great views. While bedroom four has twin beds and also has an en-suite shower room.
From the ground floor a staircase descends to the lower ground floor which has a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and a further fridge. Also on this level is bedroom five with twin beds and the use of a separate shower room.
