From the entrance the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen complete with satellite TV with many UK English language channels, a DVD player and floor-to-ceiling patio doors with electronic-control blinds to the poolside terrace. The lounge area has a comfortable and stylish leather corner sofa and there is an indoor dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a breakfast island.
Also on the ground floor, bedroom two has a double bed, TV, patio doors to the poolside terrace and an en-suite bathroom with wash basin, wc and walk-in shower.
Completing the ground floor accommodation is a cloakroom with wash basin and wc.
Outside, the wrap-around astroturf garden and terracing has a barbecue and outdoor dining and lounge facilities. The heat-able swimming pool is 5m x 2.5m and 1.15m to 1.6m deep with steps entry.
A staircase leads from the hallway up to the master bedroom, which has a double bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom with wash basin, wc and walk-in shower.
