Las Brisas is a modern development comprising of individual villas with private pools and townhouses with use of community pools. Situated in beautiful landscaped gardens near to the South golf course at the famous La Manga Club Resort.
This villa has four bedroom and three bathrooms and is set in a peaceful location. With accommodation on two levels, it is spacious and includes a private garden and swimming pool and a table tennis table. There is free wifi internet access.
On the ground floor the lounge has satellite or cable Smart TV with many UK English language channels and a bluetooth speaker. Patio doors lead to the poolside terrace which has a fabulous private swimming pool and outdoor dining and lounge facilities. There is a seating area under shade and a table tennis table. Back inside there is a dining room and a well equipped kitchen with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and coffee machine. There is a utility room with a washing machine.
Also on the ground floor are three of the bedrooms and two bathrooms. The pool can be optionally heated at a cost of £400.00 per week. Please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be weather dependent, particularly during the winter months.
