Las Brisas is a modern development comprising of individual villas with private pools and townhouses with use of community pools. Situated in beautiful landscaped gardens near to the South golf course at the famous La Manga Club Resort.

This villa has four bedroom and three bathrooms and is set in a peaceful location. With accommodation on two levels, it is spacious and includes a private garden and swimming pool. There is free wifi internet access.

On the ground floor the lounge has satellite or cable TV with many UK English language channels. Patio doors lead to the poolside terrace which has a fabulous private swimming pool and outdoor dining and lounge facilities. There is a seating area under shade. Back inside there is a dining room and a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and coffee machine.

Also on the ground floor are three of the bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom two has a double bed, bedroom three has a double bed and bedroom four has twin beds and patio doors to the garden. Bathroom one has a shower, twin wash basins and wc and bathroom two has a shower, wash basin and wc

Beautiful villa in La Manga Club Resort, fully air conditioned. Private swimming pool, terraces, outdoor dining facilities and barbecue. The pool can be optionally heated at a cost of £350.00 per week. Please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be weather dependent, particularly during the winter months.

This property also allows you to book sports at residential sporting rates (for six persons). Professionally managed in the resort, the keys to the property can be collected 24 hours a day. Prices include linen, towels including complimentary pool towels and a premium grocery welcome pack*.

Rates include: accommodation, electricity used, cleaning and linen only. Minimum rate 5 nights, booking of less than 5 nights can be made but will be charged at 5 night rate.

Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred in July, August and other popular periods, although other stays are considered, please enquire.
