Enter the villa from the private driveway into the hallway which takes you to the comfortable open plan lounge and dining room with satellite or cable smart TV featuring many English language channels. Two sets of patio doors to a first floor terrace with spectacular views, a built-in barbecue and sink and outdoor dining facilities. A door leads to an upper terrace.
Also on this floor, the kitchen is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, wine cooler and coffee machine. There is a cloakroom where the washing machine is also situated.
A staircase from the lounge terrace leads up to a roof terrace, with great views and sun loungers.

This terrace has ample space for you to relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the Spanish sunshine. Steps from this terrace lead down to a lower terrace with further outdoor lounge furniture.
