This property also allows you to book sports at residential sporting rates (for 6 people). Professionally managed in the resort, the keys to the property can be collected 24 hours a day. Prices include linen & towels, including pool towels and welcome grocery pack. Optional pool heating is available at £380.00 per week. Please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be weather dependent, particularly during the winter months.

Rates include: accommodation, electricity used, cleaning and linen only. Minimum rate 5 nights, booking of less than 5 nights can be made but will be charged at 5 night rate.

For bookings of 5 nights or less a nightly rate applies: Low season £360.00 per night / Mid season £460.00 per night / High season (only 7 night stays available).

Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred in July, August and other popular periods, although other stays are considered, please enquire.

Standard Occupancy: 8 persons – Extra occupancy subject to final confirmation at additional cost. – MAXIMUM 8 PERSONS OVER 12 YEARS OF AGE***

Maximum Occupancy: 10 persons – 8 adults OR up to 8 adults + 2 children/infants (12 and under)***

Extra occupancy supplement (child or infant): £60.00 + £65.00 per week put-you-up bed hire or + £42.00 per week cot hire (minimum 7 night charge).

Grocery welcome pack comprises of: x1 bottle mineral water, 1 litre milk, coffee, tea, sugar, 1 litre juice, bread, jam, butter, dish cloth, bin liners** – included in price
