This fabulous four bedroom, all en-suite, individual villa, has a private swimming pool, terraces, garden and home gym. Beautifully furnished and very well equipped, it has spectacular views across the Resort. There is free wireless internet access.

From the entrance hallway is the spacious split-level open plan lounge and dining room complete with two comfortable lounge areas, satellite or cable TV, stylish indoor dining area with dual aspect picture windows framing the fabulous views and patio doors to the upper lounge and dining terrace with spectacular views across the resort. The terrace has a barbecue and outdoor lounge and dining facilities.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with two dishwashers, microwave, two ovens, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and a breakfast bar with stools.

Downstairs from the living room are all four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and twin wash basins. This bedroom has patio doors to the poolside terrace. Bedroom two has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom three has a double bed and an en-suite shower room, and bedroom four also has a double bed and an en-suite shower room.

There is also a home gym and a utility room with a washing machine on this level.

Rates include: accommodation, electricity used, cleaning and linen only. Minimum rate 5 nights, booking of less than 5 nights can be made but will be charged at 5 night rate.

For bookings of 6 nights or less a nightly rate applies: Low season £805.00 per night / Mid season £805.00 per night / High season (only 7 night stays available).

Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred in July, August and other popular periods, although other stays are considered, please enquire.

Maximum Occupancy: 10 persons – 8 adults OR up to 8 adults + 2 children/infants (12 and under)***

Extra occupancy supplement (child or infant): £60.00 + £65.00 per week put-you-up bed hire or + £42.00 per week cot hire (minimum 7 night charge).
