The villa has it’s own pool which can be optionally heated at additional cost, along with ample terrace and patio areas. There is free wireless internet access.

Please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be weather dependent, particularly during the winter months.

Professionally managed in the resort, the keys to the property can be collected 24 hours a day. Prices include linen & towels, including pool towels and welcome grocery pack.

Rates include: accommodation, electricity used, cleaning and linen only. Minimum rate 5 nights, booking of less than 5 nights can be made but will be charged at 5 night rate.

For bookings of 6 nights or less a nightly rate applies: Low season £400.00 per night / Mid season £500.00 per night / High season (only 7 night stays available).

Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred in July, August and other popular periods, although other stays are considered, please enquire.

Standard Occupancy: 10 persons – Extra occupancy subject to final confirmation at additional cost. – MAXIMUM 10 PERSONS OVER 12 YEARS OF AGE***

Maximum Occupancy: 12 persons – 10 adults OR up to 10 adults + 2 children/infants (12 and under)***

Extra occupancy supplement (child or infant): £60.00 + £65.00 per week put-you-up bed hire or + £42.00 per week cot hire (minimum 7 night charge).
