Montemares is a community of individual villas with private pools. Situated in the South side of the famous La Manga Club Resort.
This villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and ample space it is perfect for large groups of family or friends. With accommodation on three levels, it includes a private garden and swimming pool. There is free wifi internet.
On the main floor the stylish dual aspect lounge has satellite or cable TV, and patio doors to the lounge terrace with outdoor lounge furniture and the side terrace with outdoor dining facilities. This terrace gives access to the large roman style private swimming pool with steps access and surrounded by generous terraces, where you can just relax on a lounger in the warm Spanish sunshine and drink in the views.
Back inside there is a raised dining area off the lounge. IMPORTANT NOTE: The lounge and dining areas are split level with a drop with no barrier, see pictures 5 and 6 of the photo gallery. A door from the dining area leads to the modern, well equipped kitchen, which also has a door to the terrace.
Also on this floor bedroom one has a super king size bed, patio doors to the terrace and a walk-through wardrobe leading to an en-suite bathroom with shower, twin basins and wc.
The accommodation on this floor is completed by a cloakroom, which is off the staircase up to the first floor.
On the first floor are two en-suite bedrooms. Bedroom two has twin beds and patio doors to a private upper terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower, twin basins and wc, while bedroom three has a king size bed, patio doors to a private upper terrace and an en-suite bathroom with bath, twin basins and wc.
Bedroom four (not pictured) is on the lower ground floor and has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, twin basins and wc. There is a laundry room on this floor where the washing machine is located.
