Monte Leon is set high on the hillside above the community of Monte Verde, and has spectacular panoramic views of the famous La Manga Club Resort, the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea beyond.

This fabulous detached four bedroom villa has stunning views over the Resort and out to the Mar Menor. The property offers spacious accommodation which is well furnished and equipped and a private swimmimg pool. There is free wifi internet access.

From the entrance hallway is the spacious open plan lounge and dining room complete with satellite TV with many UK English language channels. Patio doors from the lounge and the dining area lead to the barbecue terrace with spectacular views across the resort. The terrace has a barbecue and outdoor dining facilities. Steps up from this terrace lead to an an additional sun terrace with sunbeds, and steps down lead to the pool terrace with private swimming pool.

The separate kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.

Also on this upper floor is bedroom four, this bedroom has the use of a separate shower room.

A staircase leads from the hallway down to the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, twin hand basins, wc and separate shower unit and sliding patio doors to the pool terrace. Bedrooms two and three each have twin beds which can be made into a double if preferred and each of these bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms..

Rates include: accommodation, electricity used, cleaning and linen only. Minimum rate 4 nights, booking of less than 4 nights can be made but will be charged at 4 night rate.

For bookings of 5 nights or less a nightly rate applies: Low season £370.00 per night / Mid season £370.00 per night / High season (only 7 night stays available).

Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred in July, August and other popular periods, although other stays are considered, please enquire.

Standard Occupancy: 8 persons – Extra occupancy subject to final confirmation at additional cost.***

Maximum Occupancy: 10 persons – 9 adults OR up to 8 adults + 2 children/infants***

Extra occupancy supplement (adult or children): £65.00 per week put-you-up bed hire (minimum 7 night charge).

Extra occupancy supplement (infant in a cot): £42.00 per week cot hire (minimum 7 night charge).
