Las Brisas is a community comprising of individual villas with private pools and townhouses with use of community pools. Situated in beautiful landscaped gardens near to the South golf course at the famous La Manga Club Resort.

This villa is great value and has five bedrooms and three bathrooms and with a cinema and games room it is perfect for large groups of family or friends. With accommodation on three levels, it is spacious and includes a private garden and swimming pool, which can be heated at additional cost. There is a free pool safety fence and free wifi fibre internet access.

On the ground floor the lounge has satellite TV including Netflix and patio doors leading to the poolside terrace. There is an indoor dining area. Also on the ground floor, the well equipped kitchen has a dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and de Longhi coffee machine. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Still on the ground floor you can find the master bedroom which has a large double bed, TV, patio doors to the garden and an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower and twin basins.

There is a cloakroom on this floor with wc and basin.

Upstairs to the first floor, there are two bedrooms. Bedroom two has twin beds and patio doors to a private balcony. Bedroom three also has twin beds and patio doors to a private balcony. These bedrooms share the use of a family bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower and a single basin. Also on this floor there is an upper terrace. Please note that the roof terrace is not available for client use due to low parapets.

On the lower ground floor are two further bedrooms, a bathroom and cinema/games room. Bedroom four has a double bed and a TV, while bedroom five has bunk-beds (4 single beds), ideal for children. These bunk beds can be separated as four singles. NOTE: normal occupancy of this rooms is two persons, extra bed charges may apply for occupancy up to four persons in this room, please enquire. These bedrooms share the use of a bathroom with walk-in shower and a single basin.

Also on the lower ground floor is the cinema/games room/play room with large TV, sofa, games console, pool table and table football table.

Outside, the private garden is astroturfed and has a gas barbecue and outdoor dining facilities, sun loungers and a private Roman style swimming pool with entry steps. The pool can be heated at additional cost and there is a pool safety fence available free of charge (please request prior to arrival).

Please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be weather dependent, particularly during the winter months.
