Aphrodite Hills Junior Villas are individually furnished, well appointed, two or three bedroom villas, offering spacious, modern accommodation with use of at least one communal pool. They have private terraces and access to communal gardens and pool. Many of the properties have views.

Helios Heights REF JVC202 is a two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse, within easy walking distance of the tennis centre, Retreat Spa, Golf Club House and supermarket, restaurants, cafes and bars at the “village square”. Free internet access.

Enter the villa into the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen which is comfortably furnished and includes a TV and DVD player. There is direct access from both the living and dining areas to the gardens and pool and a private terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The dining area has a wooden dining table and chairs to seat six and the kitchen area is modern and well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, halogen hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer. The villa also has a washing machine.

There is a ground floor cloakroom.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath with shower over, shower cubicle, twin vanity unit and wc. Patio doors from the bedroom lead to an upper terrace with views over the communal pool. The second bedroom has twin beds, which can be made into a double if required, doors to the terrace and an en-suite shower room with shower, basin and wc.

On the lower ground floor is a utility/laundry room and there is also a large storeroom and an extra bathroom.
