Las Higueras are a community of detached villas within the famous La Manga Club Resort, each with its own private garden, private pool, terrace and roof terrace. They are in a quiet location approx 15 minutes walk to the tennis centre.
This lovely, well-equipped, detached two bedroom, three bathroom villa is set on a generous plot with a large sunny terrace with plenty of space for outside dining, a private pool and its own car parking. There is free wifi internet access.
Exterior steps to the front door with opens into a hallway off which is all the accommodation. The modern kitchen, is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. The second bedroom, with twin beds which can be made as a double if preferred, en-suite bathroom with twin basins, bath with shower over and patio doors to the terrace and garden. On the other side of the hall is a separate shower room.
From the hallway, descend a couple of steps to the comfortable, spacious lounge and dining room which has satellite or cable TV and large patio doors onto a sunny terrace with private swimming pool. Enjoy al fresco dining from the barbecue, or just relax on the sun loungers.
Also on this lower level of the villa is the master bedroom, with a double bed, a large en-suite bathroom with bath, two wash hand basins, wc and separate walk in shower. The master bedroom has patio doors to the poolside terrace.
