Las Palmeras apartments are centrally located close to the Par 47 pitch & putt course, within easy walking distance of the tennis centre. The apartments are set around a community pool. From the terraces there are views over the famous La Manga Club Resort towards the Mar Menor.

This three bedroom, three bathroom apartment is well furnished and great value in a very central location. It is accessed by approx 4 steps to the front door and is a top floor apartment. There is free wifi internet access.

The lounge and dining room has a high ceiling and is complete with satellite flat-screen TV and DVD player. Patio doors lead to the terrace with outdoor dining facilities and barbecue. From the front of the property external steps lead to the roof terrace, which has great views across the resort.

The master bedroom has a double bed and patio doors which open onto a balcony, it also has an en-suite bathroom with twin wash basins, bath and shower. The washing machine is located in this bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has twin beds and the use of a separate bathroom.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.
