Las Palmitas is a modern community of just 14 villas set around a community pool, part of which is a children’s pool in the heart of the famous La Manga Club Resort. Located behind Los Molinos they are set on a hill with spectacular views.

This three bedroom detached villa has great views across the Resort to the Mar Menor and beyond. It is well furnished and equipped. There is free wifi internet access.

Enter the villa into the hallway with a cloakroom off. The lounge and dining room is comfortably furnished and has a smart TV with satellite or cable and a dining table and chairs to seat six people.

There are patio doors to a terrace with gas barbeque, outdoor dining facilities, outdoor lounge facilities and fabulous views across the Resort to the Mar Menor beyond.

The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and coffee machine.

On a separate floor the master bedroom has a double bed, patio doors to a small terrace and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and twin wash basins. Also on this level the second bedroom has a double bed, patio doors to a small terrace and the use of a separate bathroom with shower and twin wash basins, while the third bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and single wash basin.

Stairs from the lounge terrace lead to the roof terrace which has seating and two sun beds.

We stayed at Las Palmitas LPT302 for two weeks in June and could not fault this property. It had everything we needed and more. It was immaculately clean and extremely well equipped with a nice modern kitchen. The bed was large and comfortable and the villa was nicely furnished throughout. The lovely community pool was next door with plenty of sun beds and we had fantastic views of the Mar Menor from the two terraces. The service we received from the rental company was excellent, directions to the property were very clear and key collection was easy and straightforward. We have visited La Manga Club on many occasions and this is one of the best properties we have stayed in and we would highly recommend it. A very enjoyable holiday!
