Los Naranjos 2 is a pueblo style community of semi-detached villas set around two outdoor community pools, one heated. It is in a great location no more than a few minutes walk from tennis centre, restaurants and shops at the famous La Manga Club Resort.

This four bedroom villa has a terrace with outdoor dining facilities. It is comfortably furnished and well equipped. There is free wifi internet access.

Ground floor:

Lounge and dining room: Sofas, coffee table, satellite or cable TV, dining table and chairs, with access to outside terrace with outside dining facilities and loungers.

Kitchen: Oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, with access to outside terrace.

Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom: Double bed. Bathroom: Double sinks, shower and wc.

First floor:

Bedroom 2: Twin beds and patio door to small terrace with table and chairs.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds, window to pool area.

Bedroom 4: Twin beds.

Bathroom 2: Bath, shower, sink and wc.

Additional Information & External Features

Centrally located in La Manga Club Resort, fully air conditioned. Private terraces. Community swimming pools, one of which is heated and gardens.

This property also allows you to book sports at residential sporting rates. Professionally managed in the resort, the keys to the property can be collected 24 hours a day. Prices include linen and towels, including pool towels and welcome grocery pack.

Rates include: accommodation, electricity used, cleaning and linen only. Minimum rate 5 nights, booking of less than 5 nights can be made but will be charged at 5 night rate.

For bookings of 6 nights or less a nightly rate applies: Low season £205.00 per night / Mid season £240.00 per night / High season (only 7 night stays available).

Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred in July, August and other popular periods, although other stays are considered, please enquire.

Standard Occupancy: 8 persons – Extra occupancy subject to final confirmation at additional cost. – MAXIMUM 8 PERSONS OVER 12 YEARS OF AGE***

Maximum Occupancy: 10 persons – 8 adults OR up to 8 adults + 2 children/infants (12 and under)***

Extra occupancy supplement (child or infant): £60.00 + £65.00 per week put-you-up bed hire or + £42.00 per week cot hire (minimum 7 night charge).
