Los Olivos apartments are always a popular choice with our clients, centrally located in La Manga Club Resort, opposite the tennis centre.

Situated in the front row, this spacious 1st floor apartment has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and has views of La Manga Club and beyond to the Mar Menor. The apartment is all on one level and has a large private terrace with barbecue. It is modern, well furnished and well equipped. Free wifi internet access.

Recently refurbished to a high standard to include three new shower rooms, two en-suite, new open plan kitchen, living and dining room with new leather sofas and dining room table and chairs. The refurbishment work is complete.

The modern contemporary living room, kitchen and dining room has satellite or cable TV, a feature fireplace and patio doors leading to a large, private terrace with beautiful views and patio furniture. A gas barbecue and table and chairs are available for you to enjoy al fresco dining.

The master bedroom has two single beds, which can be made into a double bed if preferred and patio doors to a terrace area to the rear of the apartment. The en-suite bathroom, has shower, twin basins and wc. The second bedroom has twin beds, which can be made into a double if preferred and patio doors to the rear of the apartment and an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom also has twin beds, which can be made into a double if required and the use of the separate third shower room.

There is a study area off the lounge with desk and additional sofa.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan and fridge freezer, washing machine and coffee machine.

Pre holiday dealing with Cream Resorts was very pleasant and all our queries etc where dealt with in a prompt professional manner, ensuring we had all the required information in advance. On arriving at the Appt it very exactly how it had been described by yourselves being clean, tidy and very well fitted out. We did call upon the management team twice once for the TV to be tuned correctly and our message was dealt with swiftly. From arrival the air con did not seem to be functioning correctly or at all. A member of the team had a quick look, appreciate he is no engineer and thought it was due to patio doors being left open. A few days later when the problem was still occurring we contacted the management team. Again they dealt with our message swiftly and attend the next day with their engineer who found a part was faulty hence air con was not working. As the w/end was approaching they could not get a spare part till the following Monday. We therefore purchased a fan at £50 as it was becoming unbearable (we left this in the apartment) They attended as arranged and changed the part and for the final two nights we had air con. Whilst the air con scenario was disappointing and I do feel should have been checked prior to our occupation, the management team could not have done more to try and resolve the situation. All in all we had a pleasant experience with cream resorts and would use and recommend them in the future and stay again at Los Olivos, next time hopefully with air con...
