Los Olivos penthouse apartments are always a popular choice with our clients, centrally located in La Manga Club Resort, opposite the tennis centre.

This penthouse apartment, situated in the front row, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is in an elevated position. It has fantastic views from its main terrace over the Club and the Tennis Centre, to the Mar Menor beyond. The apartment also has a private sunny upper terrace, accessed by an internal staircase, it is well equipped and well furnished. Free wifi internet access.

The spacious living and dining room has a double height ceiling which gives an extremely light and airy feel. It has satellite or cable TV, DVD player and has patio doors leading to a large terrace with beautiful views. A barbecue and table and chairs are available for you to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds. The third bedroom is on the upper level and has patio doors to the upper terrace. There is an additional full bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.

Centrally located in La Manga Club Resort, air conditioning throughout. Private terrace and barbecue facilities. As well as two outdoor large freeform community pools, Los Olivos has an indoor 25m heated pool and jacuzzi, making it a perfect all year round destination.

This property also allows you to book sports at residential sporting rates. Professionally managed in the resort, the keys to the property can be collected 24 hours a day. Prices include linen and towels, including pool towels and grocery welcome pack.

Rates include: accommodation, electricity used, cleaning and linen only. Minimum rate 4 nights, booking of less than 4 nights can be made but will be charged at 4 night rate.

For bookings of 5 nights or less a nightly rate applies: Low season £250.00 per night / Mid season £315.00 per night / High season (only 7 night stays available).

Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred in July, August and other popular periods, although other stays are considered, please enquire.
