Los Olivos penthouse apartments are always a popular choice with our clients, centrally located in La Manga Club Resort, opposite the tennis centre.

This penthouse apartment, situated in the front row, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is in an elevated position. It has fantastic views from its main terrace over the Club and the Tennis Centre, to the Mar Menor sea beyond. The apartment also has a private sunny upper terrace, accessed by an internal staircase, it is well equipped and well furnished. Free wifi internet access.

The stylish lounge, dining room and kitchen has a double height ceiling which gives an extremely light and airy feel. It has satellite or cable TV and has patio doors leading to a large terrace with beautiful views. An outdoor dining table and chairs and barbecue are available for you to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the outdoor lounge furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.

The master bedroom has a double bed, patio doors to a small balcony with table and chairs and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has twin beds and the use of the family bathroom where the washing machine is also located.

An internal staircase leads to the upper mezzanine level and bedroom three with twin beds and patio doors which lead to the sunny upper rear terrace.

Rates include: accommodation, electricity used, cleaning and linen only. Minimum rate 4 nights, booking of less than 4 nights can be made but will be charged at 4 night rate.

For bookings of 5 nights or less a nightly rate applies: Low season £245.00 / £260.00 per night / Mid season £280.00 / £295.00 per night / High season (only 7 night stays available).

Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred in July, August and other popular periods, although other stays are considered, please enquire.

Standard Occupancy: 6 persons – Extra occupancy subject to final confirmation at additional cost.***

Maximum Occupancy: 8 persons – 7 adults OR up to 6 adults + 2 children/infants***

Extra occupancy supplement (adult or children): £65.00 per week put-you-up bed hire (minimum 7 night charge).

Extra occupancy supplement (infant in a cot): £42.00 per week cot hire (minimum 7 night charge).
