Aphrodite Hills Mythos Villas are a collection of the very best luxury 4 and 5 bedroom villas in the Resort, which offer spacious, modern accommodation with private pool, daily maid service, daily breakfast basket delivery, luxury food hamper, branded bathroom amenities, complimentary use of The Retreat Spa gym, free access to the Kids club for children aged 3-12 years and complimentary airport transfers.
Mythos Villa REF MY401 is a beautiful villa, amongst the newest in the Resort, with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. It has a private infinity swimming pool (which can be heated at additional cost), jacuzzi pool and additional basement TV room. It is ideal for family or friends to holiday together. It is beautifully furnished, well equipped and only a very short walk from the centre of the Resort with its restaurants, bars, shops and other facilities. Free wifi internet access.
The villa is set over three stories, enter the property into the hallway with leads to the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen which is stylishly furnished and has a TV and DVD player. Patio doors lead to the poolside terrace with outdoor lounge chairs, dining table and chairs and a kitchen barbecue area, all with exceptional views of the Mediterranean Sea. The private infinity pool 10m x 5m, has an adjacent jacuzzi pool, the ideal place to relax and take-in those views.
Back inside, the sumptuous indoor dining area is next to the modern kitchen, which is well equipped with centre island, granite worktops, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and a large fridge freezer.
Also on the ground floor is bedroom four which has bunk beds, an en-suite shower room and patio doors to the poolside terrace. There is a guest cloakroom on this level.
A staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find the master bedroom which has a king-size bed, patio doors to an upper terrace with panoramic views and an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, twin basins and separate walk-in shower. The two other bedrooms are also on the first floor, bedroom two which has a double bed, patio doors to an upper terrace with sea views and bedroom three with a double bed. These two bedrooms share the use of a separate shower room. Finally on the first floor there is a study with sofa and desk, patio doors to an upper terrace with sea views and an en-suite shower room.
From the ground floor a staircase descends to the lower ground floor where the family room has a TV. A utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and a further fridge completes the picture.
