Mythos Villa REF MY505 is an impressive villa, amongst the newest in the Resort, with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and coastline. It has a private infinity swimming pool (which can be heated at additional cost) and a jacuzzi pool. It is ideal for large groups of family or friends to holiday together in Cyprus. It is beautifully furnished and very well equipped and only a short walk from the centre of the Resort with its restaurants, bars, shops and other facilities. Free wifi internet access.

The villa is set over three floors. Enter the property into the hallway which leads to the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with high quality furnishings and 55 inch TV. Patio doors lead to an expansive poolside terrace with outdoor lounge chairs, dining table and chairs and a built-in barbecue area, all with incredible views of the coastline and the Mediterranean Sea. The private infinity pool, which is 15m x 8m, has an adjacent jacuzzi pool, the ideal place in which to relax and take in the fabulous views.

Back inside, the modern indoor dining area is adjacent to the contemporary kitchen, which is well equipped with centre island, granite worktops,integrated stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and a coffee machine.

Also on the ground floor is bedroom two which has a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room and patio doors to the poolside terrace. There is a guest cloakroom on this level.

A marble staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find the master bedroom which has a king-size bed, a TV and patio doors to an upper terrace with panoramic views and an en-suite bathroom with bath, twin basins and separate walk-in shower. Two other bedrooms are also on the first floor, bedroom three which has a double bed, patio doors to an upper terrace with sea views and an en-suite shower room and bedroom four with a double bed and an en-suite shower room.

From the ground floor a staircase descends to the lower ground floor where bedroom five can be found, with a sitting area and an en-suite shower room. There is also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and a mini fridge.
