Aphrodite Hills Superior Villas are detached villas from two to five bedrooms, which offer spacious, modern accommodation with private pool and generally with secluded gardens.

Superior Villa REF SV202 is situated on the Western plateau, front-line golf course, within walking distance of the Village Square, golf clubhouse and tennis academy. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a private swimming pool (which can be heated at additional cost), terraced, lawned and landscaped garden, an outdoor barbecue area and comfortable outdoor dining and lounging areas making it ideal for families or friends. It is beautifully furnished and well equipped. Free wifi internet access.

The villa is set over two stories. Enter the property into the stylish lounge, dining room and kitchen. The lounge is decorated in a modern style with fabric sofas, feature fireplace, TV and DVD player. The dining area has a wooden table and chairs to seat 6 and the modern kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and a fridge freezer.

Patio doors from the lounge lead to the poolside terrace with covered outdoor lounging and dining facilities, private heat-able swimming pool and an outside barbecue kitchen area. The garden has a large level lawn surrounded by native Cypriot flowers, shrubs and trees leading to the edge of the golf course. The ideal place to relax and enjoy your time at Aphrodite Hills Resort.

A staircase leads up to the first floor where the spacious master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead to an upper terrace with views of the pool, garden and the golf course with the sea in the distance. Also on the first floor, the second bedroom has a twin beds, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a terrace with great views of the golf course and the distant Mediterranean Sea.

Professionally managed in the resort, the keys to the property can be collected 24 hours a day.
