Aphrodite Hills Superior Villas are detached villas from two to five bedrooms, which offer spacious, modern accommodation with private pool and generally with secluded gardens.

Superior Villa REF SV309 is situated on the Western plateau, front-line golf course, within walking distance of the Village Square, golf clubhouse and tennis academy. All the accommodation is on one level, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a private swimming pool (which can be heated at additional cost), terraced, lawned and landscaped gardens, an outdoor barbecue area and comfortable outdoor dining and lounging areas, which make it ideal for families or groups of friends. It is well furnished and equipped. Free wifi internet access.

Enter the villa into the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. The dual-aspect lounge is well furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, feature fireplace, TV and DVD player. There are patio doors leading to the pool terrace. The kitchen/diner has a stylish dining table and chairs seating six and the modern kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and a fridge freezer.

The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite shower room and patio doors to the pool terrace.

Bedroom two has twin beds and patio doors to the garden and bedroom three also has a twin beds. These two bedrooms share the use of a separate adjacent bathroom.

The exterior of this villa has a private swimming pool with roman steps surrounded by terracing, landscaped gardens and lawned areas. There is also an outdoor barbecue kitchen area and an opportunity to relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture in shady areas of the terrace. Or maybe just sit on a sun lounger and chill in the warm Cypriot sunshine. The golf course is just beyond the end of the garden.
