Aphrodite Hills Superior Villas are detached villas from two to five bedrooms, which offer spacious, modern accommodation with private pool and generally with secluded gardens.

Superior Villa REF SV314 is on the Eastern plateau with a secluded private garden. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a large private swimming pool 10m x 5m (which can be heated at additional cost), lawned garden and comfortable outdoor dining and lounging areas making it ideal for families or groups of friends. It is beautifully furnished and well equipped. Free wifi internet access.

Enter the villa from the private driveway through double doors and you will find the comfortable and stylish open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen which has several sets of patio doors giving direct access to the poolside terrace. The lounge is well furnished with with fabric sofas, feature fireplace, high vaulted ceiling and a flat-screen TV. The dining area has a wooden dining table and seating for 8 and the kitchen is modern and well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and an American-style fridge freezer. The villa also has a washing machine.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, it is spacious with a king-size bed and a dressing area, an en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and twin basins. This bedroom has patio doors offering access to the poolside terrace.

There is a cloakroom on the ground floor of the villa.

A short flight of stairs lead up to the second bedroom with a double bed and the use of an adjacent separate shower room, whilst a short flight of stairs down from the ground floor take you to the semi-basement level third bedroom which has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The outside of the villa is delightful, with many patio doors leading out to the extensive poolside terracing with covered outdoor lounging and dining facilities, large private swimming pool with Roman steps, outdoor barbecue area, lawn and a garden stocked with native Cypriot flowers and shrubs offering a level of privacy whilst you relax in the garden or just chill in the pool.

Detached villa in premier location of Aphrodite Hills Resort, air conditioned. Private 10m swimming pool (which can be heated at additional cost of £395 per week), private terraces, gardens and barbecue facilities.

Professionally managed in the resort, the keys to the property can be collected 24 hours a day.
