Aphrodite Hills Superior Villas are detached villas from two to five bedrooms, which offer spacious, modern accommodation with private pool and generally with secluded gardens.

Superior Villa REF SV327 is on the Eastern plateau. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a private overflow swimming pool and outdoor dining and sun lounge areas making it ideal destination for your Cypriot holiday. It is well furnished and equipped. Free wifi internet access.

Enter the villa from the private driveway and you will find the comfortable and stylish open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen which has patio doors giving direct access to the poolside terrace. The lounge is well furnished with with fabric sofas, stylish armchair with footstool and a flat-screen TV. The dining area has a generous wooden dining table and seating for 10 and the kitchen is modern and well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and an American-style fridge freezer. The villa also has a washing machine.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, it is spacious with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom is dual-aspect and has patio doors directly to the poolside terrace.

A short flight of stairs lead up to the second bedroom with twin beds and the use of an adjacent separate bathroom, whilst a short flight of stairs down from the ground floor take you to the semi-basement level third bedroom which also has twin beds and the use of a separate shower room with walk-in shower.

The outside of the villa is delightful, with extensive poolside terracing with covered outdoor lounging and dining facilities, large private overflow style swimming pool, outdoor barbecue kitchen, with a gas barbecue. The perfect place for you to relax in the sun or just chill in the pool.
