Aphrodite Hills Superior Villas are detached villas from two to five bedrooms, which offer spacious, modern accommodation with private pool and generally with secluded gardens.

Superior Villa REF SV328 overlooks a ravine and has great views from the Eastern Plateau, this three bedroom Elite villa, has a private 10 metre swimming pool (which can be heated at additional cost), garden, outdoor dining and barbecue and spacious terraces. It is stylishly furnished and well equipped. Free wifi internet access.

The villa is set over two stories, enter the property into the hallway with access to the stylish lounge, dining room plush sofa and leather chairs, TV and DVD player. The dining area has a table and leather dining chairs. An archway leads to the kitchen which is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and large American style fridge freezer. There is also a washing machine.

Also on the ground floor is bedroom two with double bed, patio doors to the terrace and an en-suite shower room. There is also a cloakroom facility on the ground floor.

Upstairs on split levels are two further bedrooms. The first level has bedroom three which has twin beds, a pitched wooden ceiling and the use of an adjacent shower room. On the next level the master bedroomis dual aspect with king-size bed, patio doors to access the upper terrace and an en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, twin basins and wc.

Outside the villa is the ideal place to relax and enjoy your time in the Cypriot sunshine. Ample terraces lead to the 10 x 5 metre overflow style swimming pool in a secluded garden with pleasant views of the nearby ravine. Sun loungers, outdoor dining facilities, built-in barbecue with sink and shady spots complete the perfect holiday scene.
