Aphrodite Hills Superior Villas are detached villas from two to five bedrooms, which offer spacious, modern accommodation with private pool and generally with secluded gardens.

Superior Villa REF SV505 is front-line golf course on a double plot by the 5th fairway, on the Eastern plateau of the Resort. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, all en-suite a large private swimming pool, lawned garden and comfortable outdoor dining and lounging areas making it ideal for large groups of family or friends. It is well furnished and equipped. Free wifi internet access.

The villa is set over three stories, enter the property into the comfortable lounge which is well furnished with with feature fireplace, stylish fabric sofas and occasional chairs, TV, DVD player and patio doors to the poolside terrace. There is a second lounge with leather corner sofa which is adjacent to the kitchen, kitchenette/utility and dining room which is modern and well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, coffee machine and fridge freezer.

Also on this floor bedroom two has a double bed, an en-suite shower room and patio doors to the poolside terrace, where you will find a built in barbecue, outdoor lounging and dining facilities and private swimming pool. The garden is well stocked with flowers and shrubs and the lawn extends beyond the pool and terraces. There is a wooden gazebo with outdoor lounge overlooking the pool.

Back indoors, stairs lead up to a mezzanine level where bedroom four has twin beds and an en-suite shower room. Further up the stairs on the first floor the master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while bedroom three has a twin beds and an en-suite shower room. Both of these bedrooms have access to an upper terrace with great views.

From the ground floor stairs lead down to bedroom five, which has a double bed and an en-suite shower room.
