From the entrance hall enter the open plan lounge and dining room with satellite or cable TV, DVD player and patio doors lead to an upper terrace with views of the community pool and to the Mar Menor in the distance. This terrace has a barbecue and outdoor lounge facilities.
The kitchen is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.
Also on this upper level, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed which can be split into single beds if preferred, patio doors to another terrace and an en-suite bathroom.
