Las Brisas is a modern development comprising of individual villas with private pools and townhouses with use of community pools. Situated in beautiful landscaped gardens near to the South golf course at the famous La Manga Club Resort.
This villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and is set in a peaceful location. With accommodation on two levels, it is spacious and includes a private garden and swimming pool which can be optionally heated. There is free wifi internet access.
On the ground floor the lounge has satellite or cable TV with many UK English language channels. Outside the poolside terrace has a fabulous private swimming pool and a garden room with indoor/outdoor dining and lounge facilities. The garden has great views over the National Park. Back inside there is a dining room and a well equipped kitchen with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and a laundry room with a washing machine.
Also on the ground floor are three of the bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom two has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom three has a double bed which can be made up as twin beds if preferred and bedroom four also has a double bed which can be made up as twin beds if preferred. These bedrooms share the use of a bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower.
On the first floor the master bedroom has a double bed, TV and a sitting area with two chairs and a coffee table and a door to a spacious upper terrace with views. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower.

Great villa in La Manga Club Resort, fully air conditioned. Private, heat-able swimming pool, terraces, outdoor dining facilities and barbecue. The pool can be optionally heated at a cost of £400.00 per week. Please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be weather dependent, particularly during the winter months.
Professionally managed in the resort, the keys to the property can be collected 24 hours a day. Prices include linen & towels, including pool towels and a Superior grocery welcome pack.
PLEASE NOTE: Stair gates cannot be fitted to this villa.
